Indications:

Mode of Action:
By selective blocking of beta-l receptors in heart & kidney, Nebivolol decreases heart rate, myocardial contractility & release of Renin. On the other hand, it also potentiates (Nitric Oxide) induced vasodilation process which ultimately reduces peripheral resistance.
