Mode of Action:
Fluphenazine blocks postsynaptic mesolimbic dopaminergic D1 and D2 receptors in the brain & Nortriptyline either inhibits the reuptake of the neurotransmitter serotonin at the neuronal membrane or acts at beta-adrenergic receptors.
