Mode of Action:
Raubasine, a vasodilator, has an adrenolytic activity which is predominantly related to a post-synaptic blocking effect. Almitrine, a respiratory stimulant, increases the partial pressure of oxygen in arterial blood (PaO2) under the condition of cerebral hypoxia.
