Mode of Action:
Bisoprolol selectively blocks Beta-1 receptor in Heart and Kidney. By blocking Cardiac Beta-1 receptor reduces Cardiac output and by blocking Beta-1 receptors in Kidney reduces Renin release. Whereas Amlodipine blocks Calcium Channel in smooth arterial vessel which dilated blood vessel. This triple combined action superbly reduces Blood Pressure.
