Mode of Action:
Triclabendazole: Triclabendazole binds to b-tublin and polymerization of tublin into microtubules. Thus, it damages the integrity and transport function of parasite cells.
Levamisole: Levamisole stimulate ganglion and depolarizes worm muscle and thus it causes paralysis of the worm.
