Opatin® is a sterile eye drops containing Olopatadine Hydrochloride, a relatively selective H1 receptor antagonist and mast cell stabilizer for topical administration to the eyes.

Indications:
Olopatadine is indicated for the treatment of ocular itching associated with allergic conjunctivitis.

Mode of Action:
Olopatadine selectively blocks histamine H1 receptor and stabilizes mast cells. Thus it prevents histamine bonding to its receptors and inhibits mast cell degranulation & histamine release.
