Indications:
Olopatadine is indicated for the treatment of ocular itching associated with allergic conjunctivitis. Dosage & administration: Adults and children: One drop in each affected eye once a day.

Mode of Action:
Olopatadine selectively blocks histamine H1 receptor and stabilizes mast cells. Thus it prevents histamine bending to its receptors and inhibits mast cell degranulation & histamine release.
