Mode of Action:
Clobetasol act by the induction of phospholipid. pase Az proteins and inhibiting common inhibitory precursor arachidonic acid. Neomycin binds to the ribosomal 30s sub-unit of susceptible bacteria and inhibits protein synthesis? thereby exerts both -inflammatory immunosuppressive anti and activity. Nystatin binds to ergosterol of the fungal cell membrane this leads to cell death of the fungus.
