Description:
Prucalopride is a selective serotonin type 4 (5-HT4) receptor agonist which is used to treat impaired motility associated with chronic constipation, thus normalizing bowel movements. Prucalopride shows no interaction with 5-HT1 receptors which reduces significantly the cardiovascular risk found in other similar drugs.

Indications:

Mode of Action:
