Description:
Ivermectin is a semi-synthetic, Anthelmintic agent derived from the class of Avermectins which is highly active broad spectrum anti-parasitic agent used to treat many types of parasite infestations like Head lice, Scabies, River-blindness (onchocerciasis), Strongyloidiasis, Trichuriasis, Ascariasis and Lymphatic Filariasis etc. Ivermectin topical preparation is applied to the skin for external infestations.
