Mode of Action:
Neomycin sulfate is an aminoglycoside antibiotic with a broad spectrum of activity which inhibits the protein synthesis of bacteria and gives bacteriostatic effect. Dexamethasone is a steroid which reduces inflammation by inhibiting inflammatory mediators. Glacial acetic acid primarily works by disrupting cell membranes and interfering with metabolic processes, leading to the death of microorganisms.
